Nick has built a long career in corporate communications, focusing primarily on employee engagement and internal communication. His most recent role was Communications Director at professional services firm BDO, where he was responsible for all reputation management activity. Prior to BDO, Nick spent 13 years at Fishburn Hedges, where he was a board director specialising in employee engagement and change.

Paul founded Sweet Comms and leads its work.

He has more than 20 years' experience in employee engagement and internal communication, most recently spending 13 years with Fishburn Hedges (where he led the employee engagement team). He helps organisations of all types and sizes, in many different sectors and circumstances. Clients have included global corporations, government departments, European enterprises, growing SMEs, educational establishments and charitable foundations.
